RETURNS POLICY

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or for requests to receive a different style or size. We kindly advise reviewing your order carefully before purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging including tool kits. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Instructions and Shipping

To start a return, send us an email at au5thoctnail@outlook.com  within 14 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the defect and your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
